Here at Lost Valley we offer both Junior Instruction Programs and Adult Instruction Programs. We offer "Private Lessons" for both skiing and riding, and first time "Learn To Ski/Ride" lessons, for those who have no experience. There is something fun for everyone!
Our "Mighty Mite" program is offered to children 4-6 years old. The "Junior Ski / Ride" instruction program is offered to all levels, with a minimum age of seven years old. There is an "Adult Ski" instruction programs offered to all ski levels, the "Friday Morning Program" and the "Wednesday Evening" lessons. The "Adult Snowboard" instruction program is also offered to all levels of riders on Thursday Evenings.

This program is offered to children 4-6 years old who have NEVER skied before and have a desire to learn. This six-week program will be Tuesdays @ 4:15pm for 5 and 6 year olds OR Saturdays @ 9:30am for 4 and 5 year olds. Mighty Mites is a program that learns through play. This program is NOT designed for a child that has had lessons in the past. Our coaches will give plenty of individual attention to the children and leave them with a fun filled experience. REMEMBER, this program is learning skiing fundamentals presented through games and play. Please read comfermation sheet for recommendations for dress. CAUTION... THIS CLASS FILLS UP EARLY!!! DON'T WAIT TO REGISTER.
** Note: COUPON PACKAGES AVAILABLE: Designed for the child that has had some on snow experience and might be to young for the Junior Learning program, Lost Valley is offering a PRIVATE LESSON COUPON PACKAGE. This Ski/Snowboard learning program is offered to all levels, (minimum age 7 years old, on or before Sept.1st). Classes begin in January for five weeks of instruction with the last 6th class dedicated to fun, fun, fun! Note: Classes fill fast, Please register BEFORE 11/30 so that we can have a slot for your child. ALSO: It is critical that students arrive on time and dressed appropriately, coaches begin sessions on time so that students don't get cold.
Participants select one afternoon and continue on that day for the ENITRE program. Once students are placed in a class they can NOT switch days. NOTE: THESE CLASSES FILL UP FAST, DON'T WAIT... GET YOUR REGISTRATIONS IN EARLY!!

Parents come and enjoy 2 hours of skiing/riding while your child is in lessons AND after their lesson with them. Last year we experimented with this concept and found it to be a very rewarding experience for both parents and students. Due to popular demand we will offer a condensed version of our regular Junior Program during the February Vacation Week.
This 4 day program is offered to all skiers and snowboarders ages 7 and up. These 2 hour sessions run for 4 days from Tuesday through Friday 10am - Noon. Students may also opt for an additional lift ticket and rental extension that will allow them to stay and play for the 3 hours” on their own after the lesson” .
**This program is first come first serve and will be limited to ensure a great experience for these freestyle participants.

Due to popular demand we have introduced a INTRODUCTORY FREESTYLE SKI AND RIDE CAMP that will be available during the week of February School Vacation for kids interested in an introduction to freestyle skiing and riding and the features at Lost Valley Ski Area.
This four day program is offered to intermediate and above skiers and snowboarders ages eight and up. These two hour sessions run for four days from Tuesday through Friday, 10am - Noon. Students may also opt for an additional lift ticket and/or rental extension that will allow them to stay and play for three hours "On Their Own" after the lesson.
This Program is first come, first serve and will be limited to ensure a great experience for these freestyle participants.
This 4 day program is offered to all levels of skiers and snowboarders age 7-grade 12. These 1 ½ hour classes run for 4 days from Tuesday February 21 – Friday February 24. This program is first come first serve and limited enrollment is available.
