Event Schedule:

• 5:30 PM – Torch Lighting Ceremony
  • Kick off the festivities with a ceremonial torch lighting that sets the stage for an epic evening.
• 6:00 PM – Games Begin
  • Battleship Beer Pong
    • Test your aim and strategy in this twist on the classic game of Battleship with a beer pong twist!
  • Polish Horseshoes
    • Show off your throwing skills in this competitive and entertaining game.
  • Beer Slalom Relay Race
    • Team up and navigate through a slalom course with a beer in hand – speed and balance are key!
  • Keg Crowler Shotput
    • Demonstrate your strength and precision by hurling a keg crowler as far as you can.
• 9:00 PM (ish) – Awards & Medals
  • Celebrate the champions of the Baxter Beer Games with an awards ceremony recognizing the best performances of the night.

• Cost: $20 per team
• Suggested Team Size: 6-10 members
• Early Bird Bonus: Register by July 7th, 2024, and receive a free swag bag!
